This 10-3/4-by-20-inch cooking surface turns two burners of your gas or electric stove into a large griddle or grill. The reversible griddle has a smooth side for making pancakes and eggs and a ribbed surface on the opposite side for grilling meats, seafood, or poultry indoors. The grooves on the grilling side drain fat away from meat for healthier cooking while the ribbing imprints meats with grill marks just as an outdoor grill does. The griddle is constructed of heavy, hand-cast aluminum, which is a superior conductor of heat. For easy maintenance, both sides of the griddle/grill are coated with a high-quality nonstick surface.
