english below! --- Ich bin ja nicht so erfahren mit Dampfdruckkochtöpfen. Es heißt ja, man soll den Dampf ablassen, bevor man den Deckel öffnet. Ich hab mal mit dem Handy mitgefilmt, wie lange da Dampf rauskommt, bevor der Druck abgebaut ist. Fazit: Bloß nicht aufmachen, ohne den Druck abzulassen! --- I am not really used to the steam pressure cooker. It says you should let the steam out before you open the pot after cooking. So I did and recorded the whole thing with my phone. I am very glad I didn't open the pot without letting the pressure out first!
