Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe - Pressure Cooker Pumpkin Cheesecake in Half the Time

Pumpkin cheesecake recipe in half the time using a pressure cooker. This recipe is a little more involved than others so check out our full written recipe: www.pressurecookerdiaries.com We would like to be upfront with two things at the beginning of this pressure cooker recipe for pumpkin cheesecake. 1. This is our first cheesecake attempt and we made mistakes 2. This is our new favorite pumpkin dessert We were a little hesitant to use the word mistake because this cheesecake was absolutely delicious. A little underdone, maybe. Crooked and off-center, yeah. But it was amazing! 23 minutes of cooking 45 minutes of sitting for the cheesecake to set about 3 hours to cool in the fridge before eating Worth every minute. TO CUT the cheesecake: Take a sharp knife, dip in hot water and give it a quick dry. Make a nice clean downward cut, then pull the knife out towards you. Repeat using the water for a clean knife blade every time. Dental floss was also recommended but we haven't tried that yet. Non-mint flavored I would assume. :P Music: Pull Yourself Together And Fall In Love With Me by Cold Mailman is licensed under a Public Domain License.
